Windsor
Situated smack dab in the middle of the three major northern Colorado communities (Ft. Collins, Greeley, and Loveland) is Windsor. Once a sleepy little town with one little main street, few services, and limited
housing, Windsor has become a boom-town—a going concern. Its population
has doubled in the past decade and is projected to double again in the
next decade.
This
unprecedented growth is a result of an established and thriving
business community led by large corporations such as Eastman Kodak,
Tenneco Packaging, University Photo Products and ICON industries, which
have all found a home in Windsor, as well as a solid base of small
local businesses. Also the quality and value of housing has led to an
influx of residents who prefer a smaller, quieter community to live in
and can easily commute to work in nearby towns.
Education
Weld County RE-4 School District of Windsor has a total of 2,943 students enrolled at 4 elementary schools, 1 charter school, 1 middle school, and 1 high school. Go Wizards!

Ft. Collins. and the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley.
