Fort Collins, CO – The Group, Inc. Real Estate is hosting a free informational session, “Conversations With The Group,” for people who are seeking information about the $6,500 Current Homeowner Tax Credit and the $8,000 First-Time Homebuyer Tax Credit.  It will be held on Wednesday, January 13 from 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at The Group’s office located at 2803 E. Harmony Road, Fort Collins.

A brief presentation by Eric Thompson, President of The Group, will be followed by a question and answer session with Bob Klick, CPA, and representatives from The Group Guaranteed Mortgage.  Attendees will be able to confirm their eligibility and find out how to take advantage of these tax credits that are available until April 30, 2010.
