Eric Thompson, President of The Group, Inc. Real Estate, unveiled the company’s new advertising publication, The Real Estate Source, to 200 Group Realtors and staff on Tuesday.  The company is making a commitment to a major print presence to advertise listings throughout Northern Colorado.

The Source, which will be published every other week beginning April 3, will be distributed on Saturdays through the daily newspapers – Fort Collins Coloradoan, Loveland Reporter Herald, and Greeley Tribune.  In addition it can be picked up at approximately 200 sites including grocery stores, hotels, restaurants, Group offices, and outdoor racks.  In total, The Group will distribute nearly 150,000 copies of The Source each month.

The 24-page, full-color magazine-quality publication will feature photos and descriptions of homes, information about new home neighborhoods and builders, and will include a list of all Group listings, including price, address and MLS numbers.  Readers can visit the Group’s website and easily find complete information on each listing.  Also included will be market statistics, and real estate and community information.  In addition, a digital version of The Real Estate Source will be available at www.thegroupinc.com
